As the holidays quickly approach, you may soon find yourself invited to a friends for some holiday cheer.  If the attire is ‘holiday casual’ you can get away with your new dark wash jeans — if you haven’t tried AG’s new Mona trouser style, now is the time.

Pair them with a festive top — this one by Banana Republic is so cute that I have a feeling it won’t be available for long. As for shoes, you can get festive with a metallic sandal or if you’re more into comfort, try these skimmers. And the necklace? I’m a big fan of Anthropologie’s collection as well as their ‘wine-cellar’ earrings.

And speaking of wine, don’t forget to bring the host a bottle of Bonny Doon — tasty + ‘gulpable’, creative + offbeat with a certain je ne sais quois make them one of my favorite wineries.
